The Work
Survivor & System Solutions was built through lived experience, resilience, and a deep understanding of the challenges survivors and caregivers often face while navigating fragmented systems.
Following catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, complex neurological challenges, and two strokes, Jordan Slade experienced firsthand the reality many individuals encounter: communication barriers, sensory overload, emotional isolation, and difficulty navigating disconnected healthcare and support environments.
